What happens if I accidentally delete my eSIM?
A deleted eSIM cannot be restored to its original state.
Once an eSIM is deleted from your device, the deletion cannot be undone and the eSIM cannot be restored.
However, depending on the circumstances, you may be able to reinstall the eSIM on the same device.
If you accidentally delete your eSIM, please try reinstalling it first.
If you cannot reinstall the eSIM
If reinstallation is unsuccessful, you will no longer be able to use that eSIM.
In this case, you will need to purchase a new eSIM.
Unlike a physical SIM card, an eSIM cannot be restored once it has been deleted.
Please be careful not to delete your eSIM when changing your device settings.
