How can I find my ICCID?
The way to check your ICCID differs depending on whether you have registered for an account.
If you have registered for an account
If you have registered for an account, you can check your ICCID on the "My eSIM" screen.
If you purchased as a guest
If you purchased an eSIM without registering for an account, you may be able to check the ICCID on your device.
If you cannot find the ICCID on your device, please contact our Customer Support Center.
When contacting us, please be sure to include your purchase number.
Your purchase number can be found in the email sent to you when you made your purchase.
How to check on an iPhone
After installing the eSIM, turn on the eSIM line you want to check.
Go to "Settings" → "General" → "About," then scroll down and check the ICCID displayed on the screen.

How to check on an Android device
After installing the eSIM, turn on the eSIM line you want to check.
Open the Phone app and enter "*#06#" to display the ICCID.
