How can I check my data allowance?
There are two main ways to check your data usage.
If you have registered for an account, you can check it from the My eSIM management screen. Even if you have not registered for an account, you can also check your data usage from your smartphone settings.
Checking from the My eSIM management screen (registered users only)
If you have registered for an account, you can check your current usage from the management screen.
Log in to My eSIM and check the information shown in the "In Use" section.
Here, you can view your remaining data allowance and current usage status.
Checking from your smartphone settings
You can also check your mobile data usage from your smartphone settings.
In general, you can find this information under settings such as:
- Settings
- Cellular / Mobile Network
- Data Usage
The data usage shown on your smartphone is an estimate measured by the device itself.

The data usage shown in your smartphone settings may differ from your actual remaining data allowance depending on when the usage counter was reset and your device settings.
