Can the QR code for installing my eSIM be reissued?
Yes. We can resend the QR code used to install your eSIM.
However, the resent QR code will contain the same installation information that was originally issued.
A new installation code for the same product will not be created.
In other words, we will resend the previously issued code, and a new eSIM profile will not be generated.
What can and cannot be reissued
The QR code for installing your eSIM can be resent.
However, the following are not possible:
- Reinstalling the eSIM on a different device
- Reactivating an eSIM that has already expired
- Deleting an eSIM that has already been installed and having it reissued as a new eSIM
An eSIM can only be used on one device, so it cannot be transferred to another device or reused.

If you would like us to resend the installation QR code, please contact our Customer Support Center.
When contacting us, please provide the following information:
- Purchase ID, if available
- Product purchased
- Approximate date and time of purchase
- Purchaser name
- Email address
We will use this information to verify your purchase and provide instructions for resending the QR code.
