Can I return my eSIM or get a refund if I do not use it after purchase?
No. Returns and refunds are not available even if you do not use the eSIM after purchase.
This is because an eSIM is a digital product that is issued and made available for use immediately after purchase.
Why returns and refunds are not available
An eSIM is a digital product that becomes available for use as soon as the QR code or manual installation information is issued.
For this reason, it is not possible to accurately verify whether the eSIM has actually been used, and it cannot be safely resold to another customer.
Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds even if the eSIM has not been used.
If you entered the wrong email address when purchasing
Even if you entered an incorrect email address when making your purchase, returns and refunds are not available.
However, we can resend the eSIM information to the correct email address.
Even if the eSIM information is resent, we cannot guarantee that the owner of the incorrectly entered email address has not used the eSIM.
If your device does not support eSIM
If you find out after purchase that your device does not support eSIM, returns and refunds are not available.
