How coverage works
The eSIM connects to local mobile networks at your destination.
In general, you can expect to use the internet in areas where mobile phone service is available.
Places where the eSIM may not work
The eSIM cannot be used in areas where there is no mobile network coverage.
For example, you may not be able to connect in locations such as:
- Mountainous areas
- Deserts
- At sea
- Ski resorts
- Golf courses
- Certain historical sites or tourist attractions
